Daily Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and manage extensive sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources, including CRM systems, financial documents, and customer feedback.
- Ensure data integrity and precision through regular audits and cleansing processes.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategies.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and visually engaging reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar.
- Automate data processes and reporting through custom scripts.
- Oversee the publication of reports, sharing and updating dashboards, and establishing new data schedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new analytical tools, and technologies.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to current data collection, storage, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets to extract key insights and trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a critical thinking approach to propose data-driven solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire for continuous improvement and learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable. Equivalent qualifications such as Data Analyst L4 are also acceptable. Experience in the health, fitness, or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
