We are seeking a skilled ERP IT Business Systems Analyst/ERP IT Applications Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and evaluate ERP application functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to increase utilisation of standard application functionality.
- Determine and document optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.
- Develop expertise in the latest Oracle ERP application changes and solution trends and functionality.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact on content related to assigned applications for projects and application support.
- Create and manage functional specifications for a given project from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the program, application, or complete solution.
- Create diagrams, models, and documentation to build a solution that meets buildability, business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Extensive experience understanding business process and designing solutions as per business requirements.
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience in the following Oracle R12 EBS Modules: Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing (CST), Inventory (INV), Oracle Warehouse Management including MSCA and Order Management (OM), and Advance Pricing.
- Experience in solution configuration and creating, designing, and formulating models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation.
- Ability to validate a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools, and metrics.
