The Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Nigel Wright Group. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient management of demand forecasts, inventory projections, and service levels for all allocated brands for all group businesses.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, taking into account available internal business and external market information.
  • Working closely with Brand Managers to identify stock requirements for promotions and predicted changes in market demand.
  • Identifying obsolete, slow-moving, and excess stock items and working with Brand Managers to ensure effective reduction of these in line with stated targets.
  • Reviewing and mitigating the impact of surplus inventory on orders as a result of forecast changes.

The Person

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Demand Planner who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good working knowledge of ERP systems.
