Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy Development: Collaborate to define testing requirements and methodologies; create test scripts for targeted scenarios.
  • Test Execution: Carry out test scripts; document testing processes; report on testing outcomes.
  • Support Testing Initiatives: Assist in testing activities coordinated by the Quality Assurance Manager, liaising with content and development teams to address fixes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that components and features meet the defined criteria for completion based on customer and operational standards.
  • Iterative Testing: Reassess and execute tests to enhance processes as new features are integrated into regression and other testing cycles.
  • Defect Management: Identify, prioritize, and manage defects within our internal tracking system.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, including Business Integration, Development, IT, and Operations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with Eskimo is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Confidence in data handling.
  • Prior experience in administration or data management is preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage workload effectively.
