Overview:
Recruitment Services UK is seeking a dedicated and organized Resident Engagement Coordinator to enhance the living experience within a newly established residential community. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment for residents by managing front-of-house responsibilities, performing administrative tasks, and assisting in the organization and execution of community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours for potential residents, showcasing the community's features and amenities while providing comprehensive information about available units.
- Collect and communicate resident feedback to the General Manager to facilitate ongoing improvements in service quality and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to community policies and procedures, promoting a secure and safe living environment.
- Respond effectively to emergencies or urgent situations as they arise.
- Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor, demonstrating a genuine commitment to assisting others.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite, with a preference for familiarity with property management software.
