Care Home Activities Coordinator

Monarch Healthcare is seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to develop and implement engaging activities programmes at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that promotes social inclusion and purposeful days for residents. Your duties will include planning and implementing monthly activity programmes, working to a budget, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and organising events and activities, with experience of working with people living with dementia. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
