Activities Coordinator Opportunity

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a skilled Activities Coordinator to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities and events that promote social inclusion and purposeful days for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver monthly activity programs tailored to the individual needs and preferences of our residents
  • Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere that fosters social interaction and a sense of community
  • Manage budgets and develop fundraising strategies to support the activities program
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documentation
