About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Stockport. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals to meet their identified needs using a recovery approach
  • Facilitate discharge from secondary mental health services
  • Contribute to duty and clinic work
  • Participate in team development issues

Person Specification
  • Professional qualification in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with HCPC or NMC
  • Experience in community mental health work
  • Willingness to undertake further training relevant to the practitioner role
