Youth Programmes Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TCHC Group Limited. As an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our study programmes across various delivery areas, including Functional Skills, Business and Retail, Employability/Progression, Health and Social Care, and Construction.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Curriculum and Quality Manager to implement the Quality Assurance (QA) strategy across the TCHC Group.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks and provide advice and suggestions for improvement at offices and centres.
- Monitor and continually improve the quality of our study programmes.
- Undertake qualifications as part of your own learning and development.
- Prepare teaching staff risk bandings in line with company requirements.
- Attend training and meetings as required, including external events.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all learners.
- Carry out compliance checks on learner reviews and other vital documentation.
- Ensure that quality cycles are followed.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that centres make progress towards agreed tasks set in the quality improvement plan.
- Contribute to the company self-assessment process.
- Participate in audits, centre mock inspections, and deep dives as required.
- PTLLS, Certificate of Education, or PGCE qualification.
- Assessor qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Level 4 IQA qualification.
- Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths.
