About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Client Liaison Officer to join our team at McEwan Fraser Legal in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client enquiries and property booking requests
  • Liaise with clients and buyers via telephone and email to ensure seamless communication
  • Promote McEwan Fraser Legal's range of services and make referrals for property, financial and legal advice
  • Update colleagues on client activity and provide feedback on client interactions
  • Conduct follow-up information requests and gather feedback from clients
  • Update information on our bespoke software system and perform general administration duties as required
