Job Overview

The Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective and competent care under the guidance and supervision of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and as determined by the patient's care plan.
  • Monitor, report, and maintain a healthy, safe, and secure workplace by knowing and taking account of relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Be professionally accountable to the Executive Director of Nursing and operationally accountable to the Matron/Clinical Service Manager.
