About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for compassionate and skilled support workers to join our established team. You will be providing essential support to individuals with learning disabilities, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Our service is located in a serene environment, featuring a three-story home with beautiful gardens. We encourage exploration of local amenities and enjoy activities together, catering to individual interests and social preferences.

Shift Patterns

Our staff team operates on a three-shift rota, which includes:

  • Early Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Late Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

We typically have at least two staff members on duty during the day and one at night. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to support our clients. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and a driving license is preferred due to the service's location.
