Client Relationship Executive

Job Overview
We are currently in search of a Client Relationship Executive to enhance our Client Services division.
In this role, you will be pivotal in nurturing client partnerships by delivering outstanding service, ensuring client satisfaction through innovative solutions and high service standards. As a primary contact for clients, both within the organization and externally, this position presents a diverse range of responsibilities and challenges.
This is a full-time, permanent role requiring availability across Any 5 in 7 days, 09:00-17:00 hrs , offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a leading company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Executive include:
Efficiently addressing and resolving client inquiries within set timelines Identifying and escalating issues or complaints to the appropriate personnel, ensuring they are resolved and implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence Collaborating with relevant teams to address any procedural discrepancies affecting clients Monitoring service performance through detailed reporting, ensuring timely distribution of report contents Understanding and managing contracted KPIs, including the implications of any failures, as well as forecasting and monitoring performance Maintaining and overseeing Client Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Coordinating with suppliers and external contacts as necessary Producing accurate client invoices and supporting documentation within expected timeframes using the company’s financial systems Investigating and resolving discrepancies in invoices prior to client billing or following up on client queries Managing the preparation and distribution of all client reports: daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines. Where reports are not centralized, overseeing their creation (e.g., work planning, schedules)Required Qualifications
To be considered for the position of Client Relationship Executive, candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Previous experience in account management is preferred Experience in logistics or warehousing is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Exceptional customer service abilities Strong commercial awareness Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAdditional Information
