Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters, providing high-quality advice on Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, and Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Private Client cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, and Trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate and sensitive support during challenging times.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Private Client department, identifying opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Private Client matters, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time, permanent position, working from 8.45am to 1pm, then 1.45pm to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
