Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy Private Client Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wills, Probate, and Trusts, and be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and administering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Wills
- Preparing estate accounts and managing trust funds
- Providing expert advice on trusts and estate planning
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Private Client law
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, and Trusts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
