About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agent to join our team at EKFB, a joint venture of international civil engineering and construction companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, method statements, environmental and quality plans, construction programs, procurement, and design deliverables.

This role will require the ability to liaise with the Agent, Sub-Agent, and Section Foreman to allocate labor, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, program, and budget. The Senior Agent will also be responsible for managing the site engineering team and ensuring the performance and development of the team.

About You
  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent
  • Mandatory CSCS Requirement (one of the following) - Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow or Red Experienced
  • Mandatory SMSTS
  • You must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills
  • Experience with portal building and tunnels is desirable
  • Previous experience in people management
