We are seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure all office equipment and facilities function efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, deliveries, and mail.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Experience working in a law firm.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
