Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee the creation, execution, and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle. This includes ensuring compliance to our internal processes, policies, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales contract quality and provide risk analysis to inform decision-making.
- Liaise with regional and HQ colleagues to manage escalation and decision-making processes.
- Work with legal, sales, and technical teams to provide analysis and assessment on commercial, legal, and delivery risks.
- Support sales and product teams in designing contract and commercial models for sales projects.
- Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare relevant commercial and contract documents.
- Draft sales-related contracts and lead negotiations.
- Manage changes in existing contracts and perform risk management during contract fulfillment.
- Experience in contract negotiation, bidding, and commercial activities.
- Knowledge of contract law and financial principles.
- Ability to work with ICT or renewable energy industry.
