Your New Firm

Join a distinguished US law firm located in the City of London, recognized for its exceptional Corporate practice. This firm boasts extensive expertise in sectors such as financial services, life sciences, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT). The team is actively engaged in both domestic and international transactions, including ventures in emerging markets.

Your New Role

  • Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including corporate resolutions, share certificates, and stock transfer documentation.
  • Managing conditions precedent documentation and supervising the associated processes.
  • Conducting thorough company searches and performing due diligence.
  • Assisting with pre-completion activities and ensuring accuracy in document proofreading.
  • Coordinating signing and closing arrangements for financial transactions.
  • Completing post-completion responsibilities, such as preparing transaction bibles and organizing files.
  • Handling registrations and filings with the relevant authorities.
  • Reviewing and negotiating reliance letters.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in Corporate or M&A law, a strong academic background, and the ability to work autonomously.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to gain experience within a US firm, with the potential for extension beyond the initial term.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive pro rata salary, commensurate with experience, up to £45,000 per annum.
