Divisional Pharmacy Clinical Manager in Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join our Clinical Leadership Team as a Divisional Clinical Pharmacy Manager. This role will support the Associate Director of Pharmacy in the day-to-day management of Clinical Pharmacy Services and lead the maintenance and development of the Trust-wide electronic prescribing system.
The successful candidate will have good leadership skills, a passion for developing staff, and an innovative eye for improving services for patients. They will also have experience in pharmacy digital systems and be able to develop the pharmacy digital agenda.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team of 40+ Clinical Pharmacists, many in extended roles, and contribute to the development of the pharmacy service. The department supports learning, innovative thinking, team working, and encourages individuals to develop in their role and pursue further qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Associate Director of Pharmacy - Clinical Services in the management, service delivery, continuing modernisation, and development of a safe, efficient, and proactive clinical pharmacy service.
- Lead the delivery of the Trust medicines optimisation strategy within the Women & Children's Division.
- Support trust digital and data leads in the optimisation of the trusts EPR system with respect to medicines and pharmacy services.
