Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated and innovative Outreach Manager to become a vital part of HiBob's GTM RevOps team.

The Outreach Manager will take charge of orchestrating and implementing outbound initiatives aimed at fostering relationships with essential stakeholders, generating leads, and advancing the organisation's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and Implement Outreach Initiatives:

Collaborate with sales and marketing divisions to devise and execute outreach initiatives that highlight HiBob's offerings. Develop content frameworks and outreach materials that reflect the company's brand identity and resonate with target demographics.

Manage the Outreach Platform at HiBob:

Oversee the outreach platform, ensuring its optimal use in managing and enhancing sales and outreach activities. Supervise the deployment and ongoing refinement of Outreach, aligning it with HiBob's strategic goals. Create and sustain outreach sequences, templates, and workflows within the platform to facilitate targeted and personalized communication. Evaluate and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns within the platform, making data-informed modifications to improve results.

Develop and Supervise Outreach Content

Compose, edit, and oversee the creation of outreach content focused on email campaigns. Leverage AI to produce assets that support large-scale campaigns.

Manage and Enhance Outreach Campaigns:

Design and implement multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, phone, social media, and events. Generate engaging outreach materials such as emails, cold calling scripts, social media posts, and promotional content. Continuously test and experiment with various communication strategies, messaging, and content formats to identify what resonates best with target audiences. Analyze data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize outreach campaigns.

Monitor, Track, and Report:

Measure the success of outreach efforts using key performance indicators such as open rates, response rates, and conversion rates. Provide reports on outreach outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with product marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure cohesive outreach and effective initiatives. Act as the liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to market communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales communication, marketing communication, community management, or a related field. Proven history of developing and executing successful communication strategies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales engagement software. Solid project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and the ability to enhance sales effectiveness through communication strategies. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
