About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the UK and Ireland markets. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives business growth and revenue expansion in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, personas, and buying habits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Growth, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Work closely with our Product team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with product development and launch plans.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and buying habits in the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
