Adult Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to adults with complex needs in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing care to adults with complex needs
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and support
  • Manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing registration
  • Experience of working in a community setting, preferably with adults with complex needs
  • Leadership and management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
