Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and maintenance for a wide range of laboratory diagnostics systems.
  2. Support flow cytometry, cell separation, and diagnostics products located at customer sites.
  3. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  1. Strong background in field service or technical support, preferably in electronics or electro-mechanical service or technical support.
  2. Qualifications to a minimum ONC / HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.
