Job Title: Family Support Worker - Accommodation

We are seeking 4 Family Support Workers to join our expanding accommodation services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work proactively with women and children to provide risk-assessed, strength-based, and needs-led support.
  • Develop and implement individual and/or family safety support plans.
  • Advocate on behalf of families to achieve safe and independent living.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Proven experience in working with vulnerable women and children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Juno Scale Point 17 (£26,181.00 Full-Time Equivalent) with pro-rata payment for 24 hours per week.
