Job Description

Job Title: Production Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at W Talent. As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of production tasks
  • Monitor and manage production performance, including KPIs and quality control
  • Work closely with the Quality team to identify and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
  • Manage absence and lateness levels, disciplinary matters, holiday allocation, and sickness cover
  • Support the production team in completing production tasks and deliver shift handover process, including all shift reporting documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive manufacturing improvements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of risk assessment procedures
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
