### Job Summary

As a Team Leader at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process during your shift, leading a team of operatives to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations are met in full and on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, food safety, and quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that shift KPIs are met in full and on time
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement
* Schedule and assign tasks to team members, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedback
* Deal with day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR and Training Teams as required
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on production, food safety data, and analyze this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement
* Ensure that food safety and health and safety standards are met and sustainably maintained

### Requirements

* Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
* Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment
* Experience in an FMCG/food manufacturing environment
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment or distribution center environment
* Proven knowledge of warehouse and production environments
