Job Title: Key Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Gem Partnership Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
