Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Europa Worldwide Group. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial, appointment, and telesales targets, while maintaining and developing your customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source sales leads using our in-house Customer Management System (CMS) or other sources of information.
  • Make telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect, using your knowledge of our product portfolio.
  • Visit potential customers and prepare quotations for presentation to the customer.
  • Manage the accounts in your business base by maintaining and developing the levels of business within that client base, with the aim of becoming the sole supplier.
  • Make regular contact with your customers to ensure that we are satisfying their needs and developing further business opportunities from within that account.
