Aztrum is partnering with a leading IT solutions integrator to find an experienced Account Manager to join their team in the Wokingham region. Our client provides services such as cyber security, infrastructure, managed print, and partners with leading vendors like HP, Microsoft, Samsung, and others.
This position offers flexible working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, along with a competitive commission structure of 20% on all sales. Depending on performance, the successful candidate can expect an OTE of up to £100k.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with key stakeholders to increase revenue.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and building trust with clients.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business growth.
- 3+ years' experience in account management/sales within an MSP selling IT products/services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
