We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Forward Role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion across our global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and visibility in local and global markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including buying, merchandising, retail, and multichannel teams, to optimize budgets and deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Drive the growth and expansion strategy from an international perspective, identifying new opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
  • Take ownership of the budget and create impactful plans, working closely with the finance team to manage this through.
  • Deliver ongoing analysis and clear understanding of ROI and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a marketing role, working with and developing consumer brands on a global, regional, or international level.
  • Deep knowledge of brand management, including the tools and methods used to define and communicate brand identity, and how to effectively bring a brand to life.
  • Proven track record in delivering brand growth through consumer initiatives, including developing and managing brand marketing/communication campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Skilled in driving cross-functional teams and working within matrix organizations.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
