Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

As the Global Brand Partnership Manager, you will spearhead the creation of a top-level global strategy for sponsorships and partnerships, driving brand awareness and preference across all our esteemed brands. You will be responsible for filtering this strategy down to individual brands, ensuring that our sponsorship initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with our strategic objectives.


The Role


Lead and Inspire:

  • Develop a top-level global strategy for brand sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Inspire and challenge teams to execute this strategy across our diverse brand portfolio.
  • Manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sponsorship initiatives.


Strategic Management:

  • Identify and plan new sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
  • Manage these initiatives to meet strategic objectives and drive brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsorship partners to achieve mutual goals.


Activation and Integration:

  • Deliver, execute, and integrate impactful activation programs.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across various disciplines, including traditional, digital, social media, PR, and experiential marketing.


Measurement and Optimisation:

  • Develop measurement models to evaluate ROI and effectiveness of sponsorship activities.
  • Continuously optimise strategies based on performance metrics and best practices.


About you


Essential to this role is a minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship marketing, coupled with a knack for strategic thinking and operational finesse. You'll bring a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital relationship marketing landscapes, along with a track record of managing strategic partnerships and inspiring agency teams to deliver excellence. A strategic visionary with a flair for communication, you'll navigate budgets, influence stakeholders at all levels, and champion creative campaigns with finesse.


Your proactive, solution-focused approach, paired with impeccable organisational skills and a relentless drive for results, will set you apart. International marketing experience and a keen eye for sports sponsorship are advantageous but not essential. Most importantly, you're a team player at heart, ready to collaborate, innovate, and lead the charge towards unparalleled brand success.


Your profile should include excellent project management and presentation skills, characterised by meticulous attention to detail and precision.


Candidates must be prepared to travel throughout the Global region (EMEA, APAC, NA, LATAM) and have a Full UK Driving Licence.
