We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our pre-construction team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing procurement of subcontractors and supplier tender packages, ensuring accurate and competitive quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare procurement of subcontractors and supplier tender packages
- Ensure accurate and competitive quotes
- Cover all relevant information subcontractor quotes at tender adjudication
- Provide support to clients with budgets where required
- Look for negotiated and repeat business opportunities
- Work on take offs and supply tender documents to win more tenders for the business
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with contract delivery team
- Knowledge of construction industry and refurbishment sector
