Senior Estimator

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to play a key role in our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all target prospects, existing clients, and tender opportunities are qualified for building long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify target prospects, existing clients, and tender opportunities for building long-term growth
  • Ensure full understanding of ITT documents to identify any risks or requirements to be included within our submission
  • Engage with wider business, including Operational and Commercial leads, to finalise solution
  • Determine most competitive cost proposal through labour load, sub-contract quotations, and most efficient delivery solution
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Excel and excellent commercial skills
  • Knowledge of direct labour resource within Integrated Facilities Management in terms of market cost
  • Excellent commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset
  • Understanding of contract types within the contracted facilities management industry
