About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Liberty Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, ensuring that trainers and delegates have all necessary resources.
  • Create and update intranet and firm-wide communication posts on learning offerings.
  • Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of our company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide administrative support for our company's apprenticeship scheme.
  • Book rooms, equipment, and refreshments as required.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in an L&D environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong Word and Excel skills.
