About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Adult Support Worker to join our team at Servoca Nursing & Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents with learning difficulties in our care homes and nursing homes throughout the Coventry area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a healthcare setting. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be flexible and able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
