Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
  • Assisting clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other domestic tasks
  • Engaging with clients in activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being
  • Collaborating with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for supporting older adults and promoting their independence and autonomy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on safety, dignity, and respect
