Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Supporting clients with their mobility and transfers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility
