Resourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our recruitment and selection services.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Managers to forecast and plan recruitment needs
- Arrange and host recruitment events and open days
- Identify and implement creative strategies to maximise candidate attraction
- Co-ordinate and administer pre-employment checks and clearances
- Line manage a coordinator

Requirements- Education to Degree Level or equivalent
