About the Role
Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to forecast and plan recruitment needs
- Arrange and host recruitment events and open days
- Identify and implement creative strategies to maximize candidate attraction
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment checks and clearances
- Line manage a coordinator
