About the Role
Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our services across the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to forecast and plan recruitment needs, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to maximize candidate attraction, leveraging social media and online platforms to reach a wider audience.
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment checks and clearances, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to recruiting managers, ensuring the provision of high-quality recruitment and selection services.
- Line manage a coordinator, providing leadership and support to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment campaigns.
