Resourcing Specialist

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our services across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Managers to forecast and plan recruitment needs, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to maximize candidate attraction, leveraging social media and online recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment checks and clearances, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to recruiting managers, ensuring the provision of high-quality recruitment and selection services.
- Line manage a coordinator, providing leadership and support to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment campaigns.

Requirements- Extensive relevant recruitment advisory experience in a similar sized organization.
- Good working knowledge of typical work-related systems, procedures, equipment, and technology online recruitment, pay & grading, social media.
- Evidence of meeting regular targets, including delivering recruitment campaigns on time and with successful outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
