Resourcing Specialist

About the Role
Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our recruitment and selection services.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to forecast and plan recruitment needs
- Arrange and host recruitment events and open days
- Identify and implement creative strategies to maximize candidate attraction
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment checks and clearances
- Line manage a coordinator

Requirements
- Education to Degree Level or equivalent

- Good working knowledge of typical work-related systems, procedures, equipment, and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
