Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader - Training Delivery Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Business Change & Training team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of training programs and ensuring the success of our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs to meet the needs of our business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver training content to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Manage and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training delivery and management, preferably in a project-based environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in training software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
