About the Role

Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Assistant to join their busy Finance Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, expenses, and ensuring accurate posting within the Practice Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and expenses, including credit card payments
  • Ensure accurate posting within the Practice Management System
  • Support colleagues with payment queries
  • Promptly respond to email inquiries
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Check cash receipt allocations
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Handle supplier statement reconciliations and queries

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of multiple currencies
  • Experience working in a team environment with a shared inbox
  • Accuracy, speed, and ability to prioritize and meet strict reporting deadlines
  • Good level of numeracy and proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with expense management and finance systems such as Aderant and Chrome River
