We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Blacklock. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that every meal that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Your Role as a Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about cooking the very best produce in the UK to a very high standard. If you have a healthy obsession for chops and are looking to develop in a company that prides itself on being a great place to work, we would love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Ensure that every meal that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience
