Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of financial services and products, with a focus on dementia-friendly solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on financial services or a related industry.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial services and products, with a focus on dementia-friendly solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
