Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's main Commercial dealership in Southampton. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
- Manage customer bookings, advising on cost, time scale, and what will happen during the service process.
- Work effectively with the service team to ensure that vehicles are repaired and returned to customers in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting additional services and products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a motor trade environment, preferably as a Service Advisor.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide a high level of service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- Knowledge of dealership systems, preferably Pinnacle or Kerridge.
