About the Role:

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Advisor to join their client's aftersales department at their dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with and provide exceptional customer care, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
  • Identify and anticipate opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets by promoting technician labour and products.
  • Book customer vehicles for servicing, with the objective of maximizing labour utilization and efficiency.
  • Arrange alternative transportation for customers and liaise with drivers regarding vehicle pick-up and delivery.
  • Manage and follow up on all work in progress on customer vehicles, liaising regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller to meet pre-arranged time frames.
  • Ensure customers understand service charges and the work carried out, involving technical advisors as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service role is preferred.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • An organized individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to use computers confidently and prioritize tasks effectively.
