Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Mortgage Advice and Guidance
    • Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
    • Analyze client information and make informed recommendations to ensure seamless mortgage applications.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FCA regulations and OneDome's Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and mortgage applications.
  • Performance and Results
    • Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales and client satisfaction metrics.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory requirements.
    • CeMAP Qualified or equivalent.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex client information and make informed recommendations.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
